Mei, Controller at Meridian

We open our Singapore entity next month. Can it book in SGD and consolidate into the US parent, with intercompany eliminated automatically?

toflowlabs team

Shipped in v3.4. Singapore is live in SGD, consolidating into the US parent, and its intercompany balances are now part of the close checklist.

The problem

Your ERP doesn’t fit, so spreadsheets fill the gap.

Keep stretching QuickBooks or Xero
Entry-level accounting tools were never meant for multiple entities, complex revenue or real approvals. So the close moves into spreadsheets, and every month takes a little longer.
Sign up for NetSuite or SAP
A long implementation, consultants for every change, and licences that grow with every user. You get a heavier system, and still bend your finance process to fit it.

A different kind of ERP

Built for you. Maintained by us. Owned by you.

toflowlabs isn’t an ERP you implement for a year and then work around. It’s an AI-native ERP engineered around your finance process on foundations we’ve already proven, with a team that keeps it running and improving.

Built around how you run finance

  • Usage-based revenueYour revenue model
  • Project costingYour object
  • US, UK, SingaporeYour entities
  • POs over $25kYour approval rule

We map your entities, chart of accounts, revenue model and approvals, then build your ERP to match. Your process stays yours instead of being squeezed into someone else’s modules.

Built for you

Maintained by our team

  • v3.4Singapore entity in SGDShipped Tuesday
  • v3.3Usage revenue schedulesShipped last week
  • v3.2Dependency and security updatesShipped this month

Upgrades, fixes, security patches and new requests are handled by the people who built it. A new entity, a new revenue stream, a new report: you describe it, and it ships.

Maintained by us

Owned by you, completely

  • Your ledger
  • Your code
  • Your workflows

Your ledger, your code and your workflows belong to you. No lock-in, no renting access to your own books, and no vendor deciding what your finance team can change.

Owned by you

AI-native from the ledger up

Close in days, not weeks.

Most ERPs bolt AI onto a ledger built for manual entry. Yours is designed around it, so agents do the matching and checking and your team does the judgement calls.

Agents do the reconciling

Bank transactions are matched, payments are applied to invoices, and transactions are categorised as they arrive. Your team reviews the exceptions instead of ticking every line.

Anomalies caught before close

Flux analysis runs continuously, and duplicate invoices, out-of-policy spend and unusual swings are flagged with the transactions behind them, before they reach your financials.

Ask your books anything

Ask in plain language and get answers from your own ledger, with every number linked to the transactions behind it. Inside the ERP, or from Claude and ChatGPT through our MCP server.

Compare

The fit of custom. None of the burden.

How it works

From your close checklist to your own ERP

  1. We map how you close

In a few working sessions we learn your entities, chart of accounts, revenue model, approvals and the reports your board actually reads. You sign off on the blueprint before we build anything.

    Blueprint

    • Entities

US parent, UK and Singapore subsidiaries

    • Revenue

      Subscriptions plus usage, recognised monthly

    • Approvals

POs over $25k need finance sign-off

    • Reports

Monthly board pack, consolidated in USD

    Signed off by the Controller

  2. We build on proven foundations

Our engineers build with AI on top of our production-grade blocks, so your ERP is custom where your finance process is different and proven everywhere else.

  3. We migrate and go live

We move your ledger, open balances, vendors, customers and history out of QuickBooks, Xero or NetSuite, connect your banks and billing, and plan go-live around your close.

    • Stripe billing
    • Payroll

  4. We run it, you keep improving it

After go-live we handle upgrades, fixes and monitoring, and ship the changes your finance team asks for. New entity, new pricing model, new board report: your ERP keeps pace with the business.

Pricing

Pay to own your ERP, not to rent it by the seat.

Per-user, per-module pricing taxes growth: every hire and every new entity makes your ERP more expensive, whether it does more for you or not. toflowlabs is priced on what we build and maintain, never on how many people use it.

One-time fee

Build

We map how your finance team works, then build, migrate and go live.

  • Finance process mapping and a blueprint you sign off
  • Your ERP built on toflowlabs foundations
  • Migration from QuickBooks, Xero or NetSuite
  • Banks, billing, payroll and your CRM connected
  • Your team trained and closing in it

Monthly fee

Maintain and evolve

We keep it running, keep it secure, and keep it changing with you.

  • Upgrades, fixes and security updates
  • Monitoring by the team that built it
  • New entities, revenue streams and reports as you grow
  • New foundation and AI capabilities as we release them
  • No seat counts, ever
Ownership
What you pay for becomes yours: your ledger, your code and your workflows. If you ever take your ERP in-house, all of it comes with you.
Control
You decide what gets built and when. No modules locked behind a higher edition, and no vendor roadmap deciding how your close works.
Scalability
Add entities, currencies and people. Your price follows what we build and maintain, not your headcount, so growth never comes with an ERP penalty.

Why finance teams trust us with their books

Our reliability. Your control.

A custom ERP only works if it stays accurate and healthy. That is the part we take on, so your finance team never has to.

Proven core, not a one-off
Every toflowlabs ERP runs on the same tested foundations, so you are never the first customer to find a bug.
A team that knows your books
The engineers who build your ERP are the ones who maintain it. No handoffs, no starting from zero on each request.
Controls your auditors expect
Roles, approval workflows and a full audit log of every entry and change, whether a person or an agent made it.
AI under your rules
Agents act inside the permissions you set, every action lands in the audit log, and nothing posts without sign-off where you want one.
No lock-in, ever
Your ledger and your code are yours. If you ever want to take your ERP in-house, it goes with you.
From the team behind toflow.ai
We already run AI-native software in production. toflowlabs puts that experience into an ERP built for your finance team.

Ready when you are

Stop closing the books in spreadsheets.
Own an AI-native ERP that fits.

Tell us how your finance team closes. We’ll show you what we would build, and how quickly.

Is toflowlabs ERP software or a service?

Both, on purpose. You get an ERP built on our production-grade foundations, and a team that builds it around your finance process and keeps maintaining it after go-live. You get the fit of custom software without carrying the maintenance yourself.

What does AI-native mean in an ERP?

Your ERP is designed around AI from the ledger up. Agents reconcile, match and categorise as transactions arrive, anomalies are flagged before close instead of after, and anyone can ask questions of the books in plain language, with every answer linked to the transactions behind it.

What exactly do we own?

Your ledger, your code and your workflows. The ERP we build for you is yours, not a licence to software you rent by the seat.

How long until we are live?

It depends on your entities, how much history we migrate and when your close falls. We plan go-live around your calendar, so you close your first month in the new system with your old one still available.

Can you move us off QuickBooks, Xero or NetSuite?

Yes. We migrate your chart of accounts, open balances, vendors, customers and ledger history, and map your existing reports so nothing your team relies on gets lost.

Will our auditors be comfortable with it?

Every entry, change and agent action is logged with who did it and when, approvals are enforced by role, and the ledger is yours to export whenever your auditors ask.

What if we want to take it in-house later?

You can. The code and data are already yours, so taking it in-house is a handover, not a migration.

How is toflowlabs ERP priced?

A one-time build fee to map, build, migrate and go live, then a monthly fee for maintenance and ongoing changes. Neither is per seat, so adding people or entities never raises your bill on its own. After a scoping call we send a proposal for both.
